Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RootTraction Atelier courses and materials available via roottraction.bond (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
2. License to content
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course content for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post course materials.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or share logins.
- Do not scrape or bulk-download content without written permission.
- Do not use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party processors. Prices may change without notice. Refunds follow the policy described on the FAQ page (14-day window if under 20% completion).
5. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Where feasible, we will provide notice of material changes.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not make medical, legal, tax, or financial guarantees. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RootTraction Atelier and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, or data.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RootTraction Atelier from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
11. Dispute resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be handled in San Francisco County courts.
